Murali is an entrepreneur with over 32 years of global leadership experience in professional and IT consulting services, working with leading organizations including PeopleSoft, Microsoft, Hitachi Group and many startups.
In addition to Avartana, he is also currently Chief Global Officer and Strategic Advisor at Allvy Software, one of India's leading IT services companies.
His experience led him to found Digipropel Corporation in 2017-now a Microsoft Services Partner with an Approved Offshore Development Center in Hyderabad, India. The organization works with companies like EY, Large System Integrators, PwC and BP to fulfil their customers IT needs. As of 2024, Digipropel's strategic partners EY have taken over the team and projects.
He believes in the values of integrity, transparency, and collaboration.
Ritu is an Engineering Executive with nearly 30 years of software industry experience, across Quality, Technology Programs, Release Management, Engineering Operations, and Audit/Compliance. She has worked with leading organizations such as Oracle, GE, Salesforce, Peoplesoft and many startups.
As a global leader, she has developed and driven strategic initiatives across continents, as an expert at end-to-end planning, long-term program leadership, and multi-program leadership.
In addition to her work with Avartana, she is currently a Strategic Advisor to "C-level executives" at startups, helping them pursue engineering excellence and quality.
She is a proud proponent of "Women in Tech", and continues to be a professional mentor for numerous future leaders. She has been a part of "Women in Tech" programs for over a decade as a professional mentor, and has served on the yearly selection committee for the prominent "Techwomen" program for many years.
